📊 Reports to: Senior Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of BDOs and Sales Executives to achieve monthly targets
• Drive team‑level investor acquisition and client onboarding activity
• Identify underperformance early and implement corrective action plans
• Maintain strong knowledge of GAV products and investment programmes to train the team

Requirements:

• Sound academic qualification
• Proven track record in sales leadership or field operations management
• Highly organized with ability to manage team pipelines and reporting
• Self‑driven, competitive, and performance‑focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Sinhala and/or Tamil (English an advantage)

Salary: Rs. 180,000 – 480,000 with added benefits
