Accounts Executives

Amagi Foods Supply (Pvt) Ltd

We seek a meticulous Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and contributing to the financial health of our dynamic food supply business within the Food, Hospitality & Tourism industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing.
• Manage petty cash and oversee expense claims.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or CA Sri Lanka is a distinct advantage.
