Responsibilities

• Assist in the meticulous cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces.
• Replenish room amenities, linen, and supplies according to established standards.
• Learn and apply proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room items.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L examination.
• A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and housekeeping operations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
