Bar Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with drink preparation and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
• Replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, taking drink orders when necessary.
• Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions with integrity.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of G.C.E. O/L examinations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25kg.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability.
