Food & Beverage Waiter

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
• Process guest payments efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a pleasant ambiance.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Completion of G.C.E. O/L examinations.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage role within a hotel or reputable restaurant.
• A Diploma Certificate in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Service is a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
