About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing cosmetic retail business.

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR (retail experience preferred)
3. Good communication and leadership skills
4. Computer literacy (MS Office / HR systems)
5. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
6. Age between 30–40 years preferred

Salary:

Rs. 100,000 – 150,000 (attractive package based on experience)
