Travel Operations & Sales Executive

Serendib Safar (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Travel Operations & Sales Executive to join our growing travel company in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through
• 
  
• Promote and sell Dubai visit visas, air tickets, holiday packages and other travel services.
• 
  
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• 
  
• Prepare quotations and travel package details for customers.
• 
  
• Coordinate visa applications, flight bookings, hotels and tour arrangements.
• 
  
• Maintain customer and lead records accurately.
• 
  
• Build relationships with customers, travel agents and business partners.
• 
  
• Support the planning and operation of group tours.
• 
  
• Achieve monthly sales and customer conversion targets.
• 
  
• Provide professional customer service before and after sales.
• 
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a travel agency, tourism, sales or customer service role.
• 
  
• Good communication skills
• 
  
• knowledge of air tickets, visas and travel packages.

• 
  
• Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
• 
  
• Computer literacy and basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Office applications.
• 
  
• Positive attitude, responsibility and willingness to learn.
• 
  
• Previous travel agency experience will be an advantage.
•
