Job Requirements:

• Degree in BSc. Estate Management & Valuation (Special) – University of Sri Jayewardenepura
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property and real estate valuation
• Strong understanding of property market dynamics
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Male candidates only
• Willingness to travel for property inspections and field assignments
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and committed to achieving professional excellence
